Before you ask.
Are the samples really free?
Yes. The four packs cost you nothing. The ₹150 covers packaging and courier only — we ask for it because it keeps sample sets going to businesses that plan to buy rather than to sample collectors.
How do I pay?
At checkout, by card, UPI or net banking. The payment page is hosted by Cashfree, so your card details go straight to them and never touch us — and we will never ask for card details over chat or on a call. Every bulk order after the sample set is cash on delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
No MOQ on stock orders — order exactly what you need. Most buyers start with about ₹1,200, roughly 24 packs across the four varieties, then top up weekly or fortnightly. The only minimum is on white-label packaging, at 5,000 mini packs.
How fast does it arrive?
Sample sets are dispatched the next day and reach you in two to three days, anywhere in India.
Will the price change on me?
Not for at least a month. Your rate is protected for a minimum of one month from your first order, so a mid-season move in the mandi can't strand you with stock you bought high.
Can you pack in my own branding?
Yes — private and white-label packaging on our 28g format, from 5,000 mini packs upward. Send artwork and we'll come back with a mockup, a rate and a production window.
Why mini packs instead of bulk?
Because that's how a hamper, a pantry basket or a vending slot is actually filled. Sealed single-serve packs need no repacking at your end, they carry a printed MRP, and no open stock goes stale between orders.
Do I have to order after sampling?
No. We call once to set your rates. If it isn't a fit, that's the end of it.
